Collings Cottage is new to the short term rental market! Come and stay in this magical island oasis with private pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor balcony and just a short distance from the protected beaches of the Gulf Islands National Seashore in Perdido Key! This charming home in the Herons Walk neighborhood is full of character and will transport you to a place where serenity and nature abound. Enjoy warm island breezes from your balcony or cool off in your private pool after a day at the beach. This wonderful floor plan has over 2,200 sq ft of living space with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms all on one level. The house will accommodate up to 16 guests. For the little ones we also have a high chair and pack n play.
As you step inside, you will be greeted by an abundance of natural light, high vaulted ceilings, and hardwood floors which give this home a southern coastal feel. The large living room includes a sectional sofa and three chairs. The open kitchen offers plenty of cabinetry and counter space plus a large island with seating for 4. There is also a dining room table that seats 8+. The dining area also includes a wet bar and wine cooler. Step out from the dining room to the covered outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon happy hour.
The primary suite includes a king size bed and a fold out twin futon, features high ceilings, walk-in closet and lots of windows to allow plenty of natural light. The master bath a double vanity, separate shower, and large tub. There is also a flat screen tv with streaming service. Relax in this private retreat and enjoy a late night movie!
There are 3 guest bedrooms to choose from. The first guest bedroom has a Queen bed with twin loft, there is also a twin roll away twin bed available. The second guest bedroom features a full bed with a twin trundle. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, full day bed and a twin trundle.

For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free).
